the T-MAP Certification Pathway

T-MAP offers a comprehensive certification pathway with three levels to enhance teaching expertise. Each level builds on the previous one, ensuring mastery in teaching, pedagogy, and classroom management through a structured curriculum and hands-on experience. Educators can join at any level, earning a certification that stands alone while reinforcing prior skills. T-MAP caters to all career stages with customizable programs for groups of 6+ or you can join a session with educators worldwide. Explore T-MAP's pathway to teaching mastery today!


T-MAP Level 1: Foundation

A 1 or 2-day workshop where you will learn:

  • How to create dynamic classrooms that empower students on every level – mind, body, and spirit; 

  • Classroom management techniques, including teaching methodologies and strategies; 

  • Improving your classroom management abilities to lay a more robust pedagogical groundwork for all your educational approaches and methods.


T-MAP Level 2: Advanced

A 3-day overnight retreat where you will learn:

  • Professional development and leadership methodologies relating to teaching excellence, innovative teaching approaches, and differentiated instruction strategies; 

  • How to enhance student engagement through hands-on experience and reflective practice;

  • Teacher mentoring and educational research methodologies.


T-MAP Level 3: mastery

A 10 to 14-day trip to Costa Rica where you will:

  • Engage in projects, leadership initiatives, and community outreach activities; 

  • Explore ideas in educational theory through analysis of policies and curriculum design concepts; 

  • Become a certified transformative leader in education, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to drive positive change within their schools and communities.
