  • The Mountain Magic Visionary Team Leadership Retreat is held at an inspiring mountain retreat center specifically chosen and approved by the Thrive team in either Alberta or British Columbia. We promise the location will offer breathtaking views, safe and inspiring immersion in nature, and ample space for exploration. If you'd prefer to choose your own retreat space we are happy to accommodate!

  • Join your team and hosts at a gorgeous lodge, and enjoy cozy rooms with all modern amenities needed. Meetings will be held in open rooms with panoramic mountain views, equipped for collaborative and individual mindfulness sessions.

  • All food and non-alcoholic drinks are included with your stay and will be prepared using locally sourced, high-quality, and nourishing ingredients by a local chef, with options to accommodate any dietary preferences.
